Balkan people are rather traditional, but they do like to experience new places and new food. Many contemporary recipes have been developed on the peninsula influenced by other cuisines. But, they always have something typically Balkan in them.
I also could not resist but include my favourite recipes from around the world that I have gathered on my travels. Although I love the original recipes, I really cook by following the exact recipe and these are my versions with slight alterations.
