Rhodope Breakfast is a wonderfully creamy dip made with cottage cheese, mayonnaise, fragrant spices and gherkins. It’s equally good served as a dip or a spread. The cottage cheese dip complements well grilled meat and is delicious on sandwiches and canapés.
Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl and add the mayonnaise. Remove the ends of the gherkins and dice them into small cubes. Transfer the minced gherkins to the bowl with cottage cheese.
Add salt and spices to the bowl with the cottage cheese.
Stir well to combine all ingredients into a creamy dip.
Rhodope breakfast is delicious spread on crackers or fresh bread, garnished with finely sliced tomato, spring onion or chives. It's a fantastic dip that complements well all grilled meats.
